previewing potential new investments…
There’s nothing like getting out in the field to see opportunities up close. This week, Eddie and I hit the road to visit one of my properties in Fayetteville, NC, and to tour two apartment complexes — one in Fayetteville and another nearby in Hope Mills. At NC Capital Group, these boots-on-the-ground visits are part of how we make thoughtful investment decisions and maintain strong local relationships.

But this wasn’t just a drive down the interstate. We took the back roads through some of North Carolina’s most vibrant and fast-growing towns — Cary, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and Lillington — taking in the changing landscape along the way. On our return trip, we came back through Dunn and Angier, where you can really feel the heartbeat of small-town growth and opportunity.

We wrapped up our day with a well-earned dinner at Harvey Johns Steakhouse — a great local spot that we highly recommend if you’re in the area.
At NC Capital Group, we believe in investing with intention. That means doing the work, showing up in person, and staying close to the communities we invest in. We’re always looking for opportunities to bring stable returns to our investors while revitalizing neighborhoods and providing much-needed housing.
