The coastal region of North Carolina is one of the most underrated but fastest-growing areas for commercial real estate investment.
Why Invest in Wilmington’s Suburbs?
- Brunswick County: The Fastest-Growing in NC – Population grew 12% from 2020-2022.
- Limited Retail Supply – Vacancy rates in Wilmington are only 1.2%, meaning retailers need more space to meet demand.
- Strong Economic and Infrastructure Growth – Expanding highways and new developments in Leland and Hampstead are fueling the market.
Investment Potential:
With limited retail competition, high population growth, and strong economic expansion, Wilmington’s coastal suburbs offer a rare opportunity for investors.
